The Children's Lighthouse helps families gain access to ABA services by giving parents and or family members FREE training to administer ABA therapy by become their child's Certified and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Parent(s) and or family members will work with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Therapist to build and deliver personalized therapy program to your child and help them reach their development goals based on your schedule!

FREE ABA TRAINING PROGRAM
Join a cohort of parents and complete your 40-hour training together with our clinical team. After applying we will find a cohort that fits your schedule and enables you to quickly complete the course.
EARN A NATIONAL CERTIFICATION
Work alongside our clinical training team to become certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and get paid to provide care to your child.
As a Lighthouse RBT you will earn for the structured time spent with your child.
NO MORE SCHEDULING
Provide care on your own time, in your home with the remote support of our team for insurance, billing and therapy planning.
Before You Apply...

Review your eligibility for our program

Make sure your child has health insurance coverage

Make sure you have an ASD diagnosis or referral from a licensed medical professional

Be committed to work with your child for a minimum of 20 hours-per-week

Be confident that you can pass a background check
